Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products (packaging components such as pump tops, sprayers, plastic bottles, and containers), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the damaged/incorrect items at no additional cost.

 

Lost Packages

If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first to investigate. We will assist when possible but are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
